First Vancouver Finance approached us, looking for help with a technical problem with their website. They were getting inundated with spam from their contact forms and the aging captcha was no longer capable of stopping the spam.
We assessed that the best solution for them was to migrate their website to WordPress, and set up Recaptcha 3 protection to stop the spam. In addition, we also set up a firewall and automated backups on their website to further enhance their security.
Upon completion of this project, they contracted us to provide ongoing technical support through our Website Technical Support Plan from February 2020 through to the end of September 2020, where we assisted them with website maintenance and troubleshooting of any technical issues that popped up.
During this time, we also did a few minor website updates for them.
